Early Imperial Romans: Scorpion Battery Sale

Description
Each Roman Century would be provided with a Scorpio Catapult to accompany them on the battlefield but when fighting as a legion these would be combined to form a battery. Typically this would consist of 60 Scorpions and be located on a hill with the Legion protecting it s sides. With a rate of fire of up to four shots a minute this would send 240 bolts into the enemy army every minute. The weight and speed of these bolts would mean that shields and armour would offer little protection.
Our Scorpion Battery provides you with 3 plastic Scorpion Catapults and their crew.
Note: miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
